I try to use the words and the phrases that I learned today in my diary as output to memorize them certainly.
毎回日記でその日に習った単語やフレーズをアウトプットとして使うことで確実に覚えるようにしています。
★Today's mission★
・welcome：出迎える
・Unexpectedly：意外に
I got up at half-past eleven and took a mock listening exam for TOEIC. Then I stow the rest of my belongings into a suitcase and finally said good-bye to my family. I was so sad and almost crying because I spent four months that is such a long time to stay here.
今日は11時半に起きていつもどおりTOEICリスニングの模擬試験を受けた。そのあと残っていた荷物をスーツケースに詰めて家族とお別れした。4ヶ月もの長い間一緒に過ごしたから別れがつらくて泣きそうになった。
I read the letters that my mother, nieces, and nephew gave me on the train, and I could not stop crying. It was really appreciated for me that I could hide my face because I wore a mask.
電車の中でお母さんと子どもたちからもらった手紙を読んでいたんだけど、涙が止まらなかった。マスクで顔を隠せて本当によかった。笑
Unexpectedly, I could get to the guesthouse that was supposed to stay from today more easily than I expected. When I arrived, papa, mama, Akira who is the organizer of this plan, and Sven who kindly helps us to learn English welcomed me. I was impressed with the building that was built around one hundred years ago because the interior of it was quite beautiful and various kinds of Japanese things were displayed in the living and kimono was displayed near the staircase as well. Besides, there was a great Japanese garden.
京都に着いてから、意外に順調に宿に到着できた。宿に着いたらパパさん、ママさん、企画主催者のアキラさん、英語をサポートしてくれるスヴェンくんが出迎えてくれた。築100年の建物だけど、中はきれいで日本の風情溢れるインテリアや造園、着物などに感動しちゃった。
I am going to completely speak only English while staying here to improve my English. I have never spoken Japanese yet since I got here except outside the guest house. I believe it is a perfect environment to learn English.
ここで2週間徹底的に英語だけ話して英語力を向上させるぞ～！ここ着いてから1回も日本語使ってない！すごくいい環境！
We went out to eat a steak for dinner. It was delicious and cheap. Then we chatted about us over alcohol. I had a good time. But, I suddenly missed my family after going back to my room though I could not help it. I will do my best to study English hard because it is a good opportunity to do that.
夜ご飯、ステーキを食べに行った～。安くておいしかった。そんで、宿に戻ってからちょっとお酒を飲んでおしゃべりした。楽しかったな。でもみんなとお別れして部屋に戻ったら急に家族が恋しくなって寂しくなった。。仕方ないんだけどね。せっかく家族と離れて過ごす選択をしたんだからしっかり英語勉強しよう！がんばるぞ～。
